On January 25 from 7 pm, the residents of ZK/U Berlin will open the doors of their studios for OPENHAUS JANUARY.

We’re happy to invite you to the first OPENHAUS of 2024! The OPENHAUS showcases the diverse interests of the artists in residence, taking shape in installations, video-art, sound, research and performances. The residents will give insights into their creative process of their work about community and remembrance, smell and death, ruins and exhibition mediums as well as glitch and dissident practice. Besides the open studios, ZK/U will show a selection of video work by various residents.

The January edition of OPENHAUS will be part of the Vorspiel programme, a citywide program of events before and during the transmediale and CTM festival.

Warm chai and a campfire in front of ZK/U will provide warmth during this time of year.
