Aron Fogelström
Aron Fogelström (1996) moves between moving images, performance and installation art. Through a playful disregard for genre conventions, he mixes linguistics, documentary, diary and fable. His latest work “Rotvälska” inhabits the perspective of a seagull from the future to put its Stockholm audience outside of their own language. Aron has an interest in sonic art practices relating to the human body, having just founded a platform for art students and alumni with similar interests called “Don’t Bring an Instrument”. In 2021 he participated in the Seoul Mediacity Biennale together with Ming Wong and the art boy band “C-U-T". Currently he studies his master's at the Royal Institute of Art in Stockholm in the department for new media and performance.
