The work at zk/u is part of a longer project consisting of site-specific interactions and interventions, with its departure in the concept of territorial agendas, exploring themes such as humanimal relations, more-than-human experiences, invasiveness in urban environment etc.
By working with artistic practice-driven research Anderson aims to search for and bring to light the (possible) values of species-inclusive city phenomenons, by localizing and mapping cross-species co-created urban commons.
"My work always takes its departure in a specific physical situation and I spend a lot of my working hours out in the city. During the residency period I will work with daily city walks combined with interactions and alterations, experimenting with repetition as a tool for working with humanimal psycho-geography."
