PLANT STORIES #6: Dispersal / Ausstreuen

Dinner, Plant Stories & Reflections with different participants
04 OCTOBER 2025 / 19:00
Celebrating a summer of Plant Stories at ZK/U, we would like to invite you all, the public and participants, to a gathering of people and food, reflections and plant stories, and particularly seeds that we can all participate in dispersing from here.
Plant Stories is about human relations with/to plants, why they are political, and how they can be different. Dispersal / Ausstreuen invites artists and practitioners who we have met along the way, who have connected with us, or who have participated in Plant Stories to share seeds, in a metaphorical sense. The seeds can be brief reflections, plant stories, thoughts and practices encapsulating ideas important to them that they would like people to carry from here to their different projects and locations to grow further. It is a coming together of people and different threads in Plant Stories and an open invitation to the public. It’s not a closing, but rather a dispersal of learnings, inspirations, and approaches to continue growing elsewhere.
During the collective dinner, artists and participants will share short reflections in the form of poems, readings, thoughts, sounds, film snippets, exercises, or short performances. There will be further layers of reflection and sharing present in the room, and also the menu will provide a way of storytelling and weaving of threads. Details, programme and menu will be published soon.
