소리꽃을 위한 서정시 (Ode to Sorikkot) is a poetic ritual, chant, and collective listening performance that imagines a time when plants and humans were attuned to one another. Continuing from the previous project S.Abligua X Odekon, Odd Sonorous draws on mythology and ancestral cosmologies to weave together spoken poetry, voice, sound composition, and real-time environmental data collected from the performance site, ZK/U. In a collaboration with ZK/U’s long term project ClimArt, Odd Sonorous processes recorded data from the rooftop weather station and soil sensors.

The live performance invites a form of listening that moves beyond language—into a space where resonance becomes a shared presence, memory moves in cycles, and being unfolds through echoic relation.

ODD SONOROUS is a collective consisting of Anna Fainareti Lioka and Hyewon Suk that started in 2021 in Berlin. Exploring the ecological and material perspectives of sound, they constantly rebuild the relationship between subject/object, nature/culture, and human/non-human. With diverse sonic methodologies including critical and decolonial listening, environmental soundscape, and embodied cognition of sound, their work encompasses audio installation, audiovisual work, fixed composition and performance.
