OPEN STUDIOS, PERFORMANCES, VIDEOS, INSTALLATIONS AND RESIDENT TALKS

On November 23 from 7 pm on, the residents of ZK/U Berlin will open the doors of their studios for OPENHAUS NOVEMBER.

The OPENHAUS invites to experience the diverse interests of the artists in residence, reflected and resonating in installations, video-art, performances, sound and text.

The residents will give insights into their creative process of their work about transfiguration and meta-landscape, glitch and dissident practice, temporality of memes, alienation, language and narratives, finance and extractivism. Besides the open studios, the Urbane Bühne in front of ZK/U will show a selection of video work by various residents.

So don’t miss the opportunity to meet the artists, curators and researchers-in-residence, to ask questions, to discuss and to exchange ideas about ongoing projects and artistic practices and explore ZK/U’s space and surroundings.

It’ll be the last OPENHAUS of 2023 - but a cozy one! In addition to the artists’ presentations, ZK/U invites you to keep yourself warm with hot drinks and the glow of our bonfire.
