OPEN STUDIOS, PERFORMANCES, VIDEOS, INSTALLATIONS AND RESIDENT TALKS

The OPENHAUS invites to experience the diverse interests of the artists in residence, reflected and resonating in sound, installations, performances, video, research and text.

The residents invite to dive into urban debris and urban retreat, field recording and embodiment, explore the history of objects and maintenance, inspect traces, activism and temporality. Sharing their ideas and work-in-progress, the residents also look forward to activate collective action and give access points on urban care taking, community and the Moabit neighbourhood within the Take Care project.

Don’t miss the opportunity to meet the artists, curators and researchers-in-residence and explore ZK/U’s space and surroundings, to ask questions, to discuss and to exchange ideas about ongoing projects and artistic practices while having a limo or Weißweinschorle on a mild summer evening.
