Open studios, performance, video, installation and resident talks

23 JANUARY 2025 / 7–11 PM

ZK/U BerlinSiemensstr. 27, 10551, Berlin, Germany

OPENHAUS is an open-studio format that takes place every second month in ZK/U, inviting artists in residence and current project partners to open their studios to the public. For the first OPENHAUS in 2025, the residents present video works, photography, drawings and research exploring themes of interspecies relationship, the connection between Kurdish women and their land, personal cartography and more. The residents will share their works-in-progress, creating installations for one night only.

Additionally, students from the Master's program in Cultural and Media Management at the FU Berlin, who participated in the ZK/U ClimArt project, will showcase and invite you to test their prototypes! Join us for OPENHAUS to get a glimpse behind-the-scenes and engage with the artists one-on-one. It is a chance for both the artists and the community to connect and share ideas.
