Ausstellungsansicht, Künstlerhaus Bethanien

Talks on Curatorial Practice

31 OCTOBER 2025 / 17:00-19:00

With Becoming B, Antje Weitzel initiates a long-term curatorial process that directly engages with Künstlerhaus Bethanien itself. Drawing on its complex history, the project explores how institutions can evolve, reposition themselves, and open up. The talk examines how curatorial practice unfolds at the intersection of place, history, and collective engagement. It addresses questions of naming and legacy, healing as a metaphor for institutional change, and curatorial strategies that move between collaboration, listening, and deconstruction – and what it means to curate change.

Free admission.
All talks in English.
All times CET/CEST.
On-site participation without registration. Application for online participation: curating.org
