Join us for the activation of Annotations for the City Body, a new participatory work by artist JamieDenburg Habie, marking the conclusion of her residency at ZK/U.
This participatory artwork asks how we might reclaim the agency of the body in an increasingly mediated world where attention has become a form of currency. Part of an ongoing research project drawing on neuroscience, meditation, and somatic practices, the work offers an opportunity to connect with ourselves, one another, and our environment in new ways.
Participants will move together, spend time outdoors, and explore the body as a site of knowledge, perception, and relation. No experience is necessary. All are welcome.
