The ZK/U - Center for Art and Urbanistics is growing!

Ongoing - To be completed by end of 2023

As a measure for energy-efficient renovation, the existing event hall will be enclosed by a transparent shell, while retaining its character. A new floor offers more space for artistic and neighborhood projects, workshops and meetings. In addition, an "urban stage" will be created as a terrace visible from afar and accessible to the public. Here there will be changing projects, mobile gardening, bee care, Güterverkehr workshops and Kunst-am-Baum (Art at Tree). We will start with the measures in autumn 2020 and hope to be there again in full for Moabit, Berlin and our residents by the end of 2023.
