DIE ALTERNATIVE ZUR FANMEILE.

14.06.-15.07.2018, ZK/U – Zentrum für Kunst und Urbanistik

Alle zwei Jahre zeigt das ZK/U – Zentrum für Kunst und Urbanistik die Fußballspiele der WM und EM und macht aus einem normalen „Public Viewing“ ein Nachbarschaftstreffen mit parallelem Unterhaltungs- und Bildungsprogramm. 

Anlässlich der WM 2018 steht das Bild Russlands mit Blick auf die Regionen jenseits von Moskau im Mittelpunkt des diesjährigen „Fussballaballa“-Programms. Was ist los zwischen Wolga und Don? Wie hört sich Elektropop auf Tatarisch an? Wer hat die kosakische Pop Art erfunden? Wie sehen RussInnen ihre Vergangenheit, Gegenwart und Zukunft? Anhand von Dokumentarfilmen, einer Ausstellung und einer Konferenz mit TeilnehmerInnen aus Russland und Deutschland lädt das ZK/U ein, sich ein eigenes Bild von Russland zu machen. „Fussballaballa” wird im Rahmen des Programms „Ausbau der Zusammenarbeit mit der Zivilgesellschaft in den Ländern der Östlichen Partnerschaft und Russland” vom Auswärtigen Amt gefördert.

FUSSBALLABALLA - PROGRAMM UND SPECIALS

Übertragung aller WM-Spiele
Gemeinsam Fußball schauen in verschiedenen Sprachen, auf einer Leinwand, auf Großbildfernsehern und in Mini-Stadien auf dem ganzen Gelände des ZK/U.

Ständige Ausstellungen während der WM
Kosakische Pop Art von Maxim Ilinov und tatarische Videoarbeiten von SuperAlisa.
Dokumentarische Video-Installation: Spurensuche entlang der Austragungsorte der WM in Kasan, Wolgograd und Rostow am Don.
VIP-Box: Exklusives Public Viewing „for Jugendliche only“ in der Container-Architektur von Page & Hertzsch.

Konferenz,  6.–7. Juli 2018
Das Gipfeltreffen der anderen Art: Vertreter der russischen Zivilgesellschaft berichten aus den Regionen südlich von Moskau, der Dokumentarfilm „I love you, I hate you, eat the soup!“ wird im ZK/U uraufgeführt, 11mm kuratiert ein Kurzfilmprogramm zum Thema Fußball, es gibt tatarische Köstlichkeiten, eine Paneldiskussion, ein Rap-Konzert  – und natürlich ganz viel Fußball!

Freitag, 6. Juli 2018
16.00–17.45 Uhr: Viertelfinale 1
18.00–19.30 Uhr: Filmpremiere „I love you, I hate you, eat the soup!“: Temperaturunterschiede von 26 Grad, ein Tag und eine Nacht im Schlafwagen, hippe Cafés und Schaschlikbuden: Zwischendurch unzählige Gespräche über Stadtentwicklung, das Erbe der Sowjetunion und Visionen für die Zukunft. Ein deutsch-russisches Filmteam aus dem ZK/U begab sich knapp zwei Monate vor Beginn der Fußball WM 2018 auf die Spurensuche zu den Austragungsorten Kasan, Wolgograd und Rostow. Dass Russland über die medienwirksamen Themen und über den Tellerrand Moskaus hinaus ein facettenreiches Land mit Widersprüchen, Überraschungen und einer vielfältigen Zivilgesellschaft ist, wird im Dokumentarfilm deutlich.
Im Anschluss an den Film: Q & A mit dem deutsch-russischen Filmteam und den Protagonisten aus den drei Städten.

18.00–19.45 Uhr: Paneldiskussion: WM in Russland – und was danach? Chancen und Perspektiven für Zivilgesellschaft, Kultur und Bildung.
20.00–21.45 Uhr: Viertelfinale 4
22.30–Open End: Konzert mit dem Rapper Maxim Ilinov (Rostov) und weiteren DJs.

THE ALTERNATIVE TO THE FAN ZONE.

June 14– July 15,2018, ZK/U – Center for Art and Urbanistics

Every two years, the ZK/U – Center for Arts and Urbanistics shows the football matches of the World Cup and the European Championship and turns a normal public viewing into a neighborhood meeting with a parallel entertainment and education program.

On the occasion of the 2018 World Cup, the focus of this year's “Fussballaballa”-program will be the image of Russia with a view to the regions beyond Moscow. What's going on between Volga and Don? How does Elektropop sound in Tatar language? Who invented the Cossack Pop Art? How do Russians see their past, present and future? On the basis of documentary films, an exhibition and a conference with participants from Russia and Germany, the ZK/U invites you to get an idea of Russia. “Fussballaballa” is funded by the Federal Foreign Office as part of the program “Ausbau der Zusammenarbeit mit der Zivilgesellschaft in den Ländern der Östlichen Partnerschaft und Russland”.

TV broadcast of all World Cup games
Watching football together in different languages, on a big screen, on big-screen TV sets and in mini-stadiums all over the ZK/U.

Permanent exhibitions during the World Cup
Cossack Pop Art by Maxim Ilinov and Tatar video works by SuperAlisa.
Documentary video installation: Searching for traces along the venues of the World Cup in Kazan, Volgograd and Rostov-on-Don.
VIP-Box: Exclusive public viewing "for youths only" in the container architecture of Page & Hertzsch.

Conference, July 6-7, 2018
The summit meeting of a different kind: Representatives of the Russian civil society report from the regions south of Moscow, the documentary "I love you, I hate you, eat the soup!" will be premiered in the ZK/U, 11mm curates a short film program on football, there will be Tatar delicacies, a panel discussion, a rap concert –  and of course a lot of football!

Friday, July 6, 2018

6-7:30 pm: Film premiere "I love you, I hate you, eat the soup!": Temperature differences of 26 degrees, a day and a night in a sleeping car, hip cafes and shish kebab: In between countless discussions about urban development, the legacy of the Soviet Union and visions for the future. Just two months before the start of the 2018 World Cup, a German-Russian film crew from the ZK/U embarked on a search for traces in Kazan, Volgograd and Rostov - hosting cities of the World Cup. In a documentary film, they’ll be presenting a version of Russia that is a multi-faceted - full of contradictions, surprises, and a hugely diverse civil society -  far beyond media-effective coverage.
Following the film: Q & A with the German-Russian film team and the protagonists from the three cities.
