Hailing from the vibrant landscape of Detroit's East Side, emerges Shawescape Renegade, fondly referred to as Shaw, a maestro of Electro, Techno, and Techno Bass. With three Vinyl EPs under his belt, Shaw made his debut in 2018 under the moniker J Shaw, later evolving into Shawescape for subsequent albums, compilations, and remixes. A fervent champion of Electro, he proudly stands as one of its dedicated proponents. Shaw's affinity for Electro traces back to his formative years, where he was steeped in its melodies and rhythms. Since then, he has delved deeper into the intricacies and frameworks of its sonic landscape. Shaw is currently gearing up for the release of a new EP slated for 2024, which he's independently producing. His schedule is packed with exciting ventures, as a strong representative of Detroit's Sound – being the Detroit Berlin Connection / Musicboard Berlin Exchange Student with the brilliant Sara Miller in 2024.
