Anna Kilander is an artist based in Stockholm, Sweden, and has in recent years worked mainly with sound. From a sonic perspective, she connects different disciplines such as art, architecture and social context.

With the help of sound, she experiments with the concept of site specificity, partly by creating works on site in line with the most common meaning of the concept and partly by "moving" sound from one spatial context to another.What connects most of her projects is collective listening and she has a desire for her work to have a social function, as a way to meet.

Anna Kilander has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Royal Institute of Art in Stockholm, Sweden.
