Anna Chrtková is an artist based in Prague, Czech Republic. Performing many professional roles (such as curator, set designer, exhibition architect or artist), her artistic practice focuses on creating shared spaces with a focus on different speeds, levels and limits of care and collective dreaming. Since 2019, she has curated the performance exhibition series Y Events in Prague's Divadlo X10. Currently, she is a PhD student at the Academy of Performing Arts, Prague, with artistic research on conducting space, performing scenography and architecture of relationships. She is a proud member of the collective Monika, with who she dreams and mourns the lost ability to relax. Together with Intelekturálně collective, she holds the Prize For Imagination in the Student Section for the project "Prague is not Czech" presented at Prague Quadriennal 2019.
