Am Freitag, 27.08.2021 trägt das ZK/U Berlin das nächste OPENHAUS als Teil des Moabiter Kunstfestivals ortstermin 21 aus – zum ersten Mal seit über einem Jahr wieder mit offenen Studios der Residenzkünstler:innen. Die temporäre, experimentelle Plattform des Projekts BauSchilderung ist dabei eine zusätzliche Bühne, welche an diesem Abend unter anderem Videoinstallationen und Sound-Art-Beiträge der Artists-in-Residence präsentiert.
Den Auftakt des Abends setzt das Klimakunstlabor mit einer Präsentation des Reallabors zur urbanen Klimagerechtigkeit. Ebenfalls mit dabei ist das neu gegründete hyperdynamische Künstler:innenkollektiv PARKomplex, das sich künstlerisch-aktivistisch mit der Frage beschäftigt, wie Gerechtigkeit im öffentlichen Raum und konkret im Moabiter Stadtgarten gestaltet werden kann.

On Friday, August 27, ZK/U Berlin will host another OPENHAUS, this time within the frame of the Moabit art festival ortstermin 21. For the first time in over one year, the studios of ZK/U’s artists-in-residence will once again be open to the public. The temporary, experimental platform of Construction Explained stands as an additional stage on which video installations and sound artworks of the artists-in-residence will be presented.
The event kick-off will be a performance by Klimakunstlabor, presenting the current status of their field laboratory on the topic of urban climate change. On the terrace, PARKomplex invites the audience to share their story. The newly-founded hyperdynamic artist collective examines the topic of equality in the public space, specifically the Moabiter Stadtgarten, through an activistic perspective.
