Nach fünf Jahren ist es soweit: Gütermarkt kehrt zurück! Was gerade noch umzäunt ist, wird in weniger als zwei Monaten wieder zur Plattform für handgemachte Produkte, Secondhand-Waren, lokale Erzeugnisse und Reparaturdienste. Der erste Markt des Jahres findet am 4. Mai 2025 statt, gefolgt von 6. Juli, 7. September, 5. Oktoberund der Weihnachtsedition am 14. Dezember. Von 11:00 bis 19:00 Uhr erwartet euch ein buntes Programm mit Workshops, Talks, Nachbarschaftsinitiativen und entspannten Begegnungen.

Neben Second-Hand-Ständen gibt es Handwerkskunst, Reparaturstationen für Fahrräder, Elektrogeräte und Holzarbeiten sowie Schneiderei und Friseurhandwerk. Ein Ort für Nachhaltigkeit, Kreativität und Gemeinschaft.

After five years, Gütermarkt is back! What is still fenced off today will, in less than two months, once again become a platform for handmade products, secondhand goods, local produce, and repair services. The first market of the year will take place on May 4, 2025, followed by July 6, September 7, October 5, and the Christmas Edition on December 14. From 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, enjoy a vibrant mix of workshops, talks, neighborhood initiatives, and relaxed gatherings.

Find second-hand stalls, local crafts, repair stations for bicycles, electronics, and woodworking, as well as tailoring and hairdressing services. A space where sustainability, creativity, and community meet.

Die Tage werden länger, und die Weißweinschorle steht schon kalt – Zeit für das OPENHAUS MÄRZ!

Alle zwei Monate öffnet die ZK/U Residency ihre Türen und lädt Residenzkünstler:innen sowie aktuelle Projektpartner:innen ein, ihre kreativen Prozesse mit der Öffentlichkeit zu teilen. Im März präsentieren die Residenten Projekte zu Architektur, urbanen Herausforderungen, Wäldern und Kohlenstoffmessungen. Dabei nutzen sie vielfältige Medien und Techniken – von Video und Gerüchen über Kartografien, Grafiken und gewebte Textilien bis hin zu recycelten Materialien und immateriellen Frequenzen.

Besucher:innen können Installationen, Skulpturen, Malerei, Performance, Fotografie, Sound, Forschung und Text entdecken – und direkt mit den Künstler:innen ins Gespräch kommen. Das offene und partizipative Format ermöglicht spannende Einblicke hinter die Kulissen und einen direkten Austausch. Neben den offenen Ateliers wird zudem der neue ZK/U-Podcast Lenne Leaks präsentiert.

Kommt vorbei zu diesem frühlingshaften OPENHAUS! Es wird eine Bar und ein Lagerfeuer im Hof geben.

The days are getting longer, and the white wine spritzer is already chilled – time for OPENHAUS MARCH!

Every two months, the ZK/U Residency opens its doors, inviting resident artists and project partners to share their creative processes with the public. In March, residents will present projects exploring architecture, urban challenges, forests, and carbon measurement. They employ a diverse range of media and techniques – from video and scents to cartography, graphics, woven textiles, recycled materials, and intangible frequencies.

Visitors can explore installations, sculptures, painting, performance, photography, sound, research, and text – and engage directly with the artists. This open and participatory format offers exciting behind-the-scenes insights and fosters direct exchange. In addition to the open studios, the new ZK/U podcast Lenne Leaks will also be presented.

Join us for this spring edition of OPENHAUS! A bar and a bonfire in the courtyard will be waiting for you.
