Nach der online Premiere von 15 Kurzfilmen aus 14 Städten in Belarus, der Ukraine, Russland und Deutschland am 3. Dezember 2020 arbeitet das Team intensiv an der Veröffentlichung der Online-Plattform. In allen Städten sind in den nächsten Wochen lokale Screenings oder Online-Veranstaltungen geplant. 

Stolz präsentieren wir außerdem unseren ersten eigenen Podcast: In Kasha Today (auf Deutsch) werfen unsere Projektleiterin Barbara Anna Bernsmeier und der Journalist Jürg Andreas Meister von Januar an einmal im Monat einen frischen Blick auf den Alltag in Russland. In Folge 1 reisen sie mit der Zugbegleiterin Irina Anatolevna von Vladivostok nach Moskau im Platzkart-Waggon. Unterwegs fragen sie sich, was im größten Land der Erde eigentlich "nah" heißt? CETKA-Botschafter*innen setzen sich mit künstlerischen und kulturellen Praktiken für sozialen Wandel ein. Sie bilden die Basis einer engagierten Zivilgesellschaft in den Regionen von Belarus, Russland, der Ukraine und Deutschland. Sie sind Kollektive, unabhängige Kulturräume, NGOs und Aktivist*innen.

CETKA wird gefördert durch das Auswärtige Amt. Partnerorganisationen sind die Minsk  Urban Platform und das Kulturzentrum 5. Etage Kirov.

After the online premiere of 15 short films from 14 cities in Belarus, Ukraine, Russia and Germany on 3 December 2020, the team is working intensively on the publication of the online platform. Local screenings or online events are planned in all cities in the coming weeks. 

We also proudly present our first own podcast: In Kasha Today (in German), our project manager Barbara Anna Bernsmeier and journalist Jürg Andreas Meister will take a fresh look at everyday life in Russia once a month from January onwards. In episode 1, they travel with train conductor Irina Anatolevna from Vladivostok to Moscow in a third class carriage. On the way, they ask themselves what "nearby" actually means in the largest country on earth? What is it like to live on a train for 10 days? And have they brought along enough food for the trip? CETKA Ambassadors use artistic and cultural practices to advocate for social change. They form the basis of an engaged civil society in the regions of Belarus, Russia, Ukraine and Germany. They are collectives, independent cultural spaces, NGOs and activists.

CETKA is funded by the German Federal Foreign Office. The partner organisations are the Minsk Urban Platform and the Cultural Center Fifth Floor Kirov. 

Im Dezember wurden neue Tools sowie eine ausführliche Reflektion auf die Geschichte der Cuvrybrache und dem Wert des Aktivismus der CTB-Website hinzugefügt. Jetzt im Januar werden noch weitere Tools folgen, ebenso wie ein weiterer Artikel, der die Implementierung der Tools unter die Lupe nimmt.

Zusätzlich gibt es zu vermelden, dass die Zeitung des Projekts, "Nas Lišt", in Rijeka verteilt wurde (Gestaltung: Marin Nizic).

In December, new tools as well as an extensive reflection on the history of the Cuvrybrache and the value of activism were added to the CTB website. Now, in January, more new tools as well as a an article reviewing the implementation of a tools will follow.

Additionally, the project's newspaper "Naš Lišt" has been distributed in Rijeka (designed by Marin Nizic).

The project Wildwood by Violeta Burckhardt and Andreas Greiner gifts unwanted trees that somehow don't fit aesthetic and thus economic standards a second chance at life. Das Projekt Wildwood von Violeta Burckhardt und Andreas Greiner schenkt Bäumen, die aus diversen Gründen den ästhetischen und somit wirtschaftlichen Ansprüchen des Marktes nicht genügen, ein zweites Leben.
