OPENHAUS is an open-studio format that takes place every second month in ZK/U, inviting artists in residence and current project partners to open their studios to the public. It offers a unique opportunity to experience the diverse interests and creative processes of the artists, reflected in their own personal studios. The OPENHAUS in May will have a focus on video – works in progress, in multiple channels and dimensions! You can also expect various interventions in public urban spaces and nature, physically and virtually.

Rather than showcasing final results, OPENHAUS focuses on works-in-progress, allowing visitors to interact with the artists and learn about their artistic journey. This participatory and informal format invites the public to delve into the behind-the-scenes and engage with the artists on a more personal level. It is a chance for both the artists and the community to connect and share ideas.
