Martina Peneva finished her master studies at the Faculty of Architecture in Skopje, University of St. Cyril and Methodius in February 2023. During her studies, she gained scientific, research and artistic skills, developed creativity, learned about the social and cultural responsibility of the architect and architecture, as well as its role to synthesize the fields of theory and practice. For five years, she has been an assistant at an architectural studio and at the interior architecture institute at the faculty. That experience helped her to think critically and to responsibly improve projects. She also participated in other extracurricular activities, such as workshops, research, three summer schools, two internships, two publications, one for the University of American Collage Skopje, and the other for the earthquake and post-earthquake reconstruction of the city of Skopje in 1963 as a researcher and conductor of oral history interviews. Martina also attended an Academy of Interior and Product Design for one year and that experience broadened her horizons regarding art and its experimental nature, and also working with wood, which is her current occupation.
