Chiara Pavolucci is a photographer and independent researcher. Her work begins with an exploration of territory and community, moving between an intimate visual language and a broader investigation of landscape and environment. She works through an interdisciplinary approach that connects visual art with spatial and community-based practices, engaging both the physical and affective dimensions of place. Her practice includes collective walks, workshops, and collaborative processes. Driven by a long-standing interest in the intersection of different languages, she co-founded Manicula with sound artist Enrico Malatesta: a research and artistic platform that brings together visual perception and image-making, listening and sound action, alongside the exploration of urban space through walking.
