The 2019 SPEISEKINO season moved between classic Walking through the Streets of Moscow, to Gay activism for Welsh miners all the way to colourful portraits of modern Utopianisms and the secrets of soil. ZK/U resident Jan van Esch is the main curator of this season. He invited (ZK/U residents) artists, filmmakers and cooks and combined taste with content to what was described by one of the frequents visitors as ‘a very bold and dynamic concept for movie watching!’
