Her Project ‘A Fair State’ is inspired by a growing dissatisfaction with government in her home country of Canada and wants to respond to the residency theme 'from scratch' by exploring the question: if a country could start again, what would be a better relationship between individual and state? The project will take the form of an informal public consultation process where Erica Brisson will invite individuals that she encounters in her everyday life at ZKU to share ideas with her about ideally what they would give and get from the state.
