Politics of street food
Using photography, video, performance, urban interventions and installation, Ana's recent work reflects on the built environment, not only a physical understanding of it but also in the ideologies and social constructs that surround us. Memory, territory and displacement are concepts oftentimes present in her investigations.
During her time at ZK/U, Ana worked on previous projects and, at the same time, started an investigation on Berlin´s street food politics, exploring the relationship between food/cooking and gender dynamics, labour, migration, and class.
