WATC circles around those who comment on existing publications as news articles, posts on social media platforms. While the utterances of this commentariat are often regarded worthless, pathetic or even dangerous I am prefer to see it as an authentic source of expressive energy. I have started to develop an interface (based on machine learning) to transform textual utterances into participatory musical expressions.
A series of gatherings, discussions and dinners at „Ständige Vertretung“ seeks to increase and improve the aesthetic criteria for this transformation. At the Ständige Vertretung he has been programming a python interface based on machine learning and text recognition. For his presentations at the OpenHaus and the Gütermarkt he redesigned and simplified it to make it work more easily.
