RE-TURN 03
SKULPTURENPARK BERLIN_ZENTRUM 2021
Sun 14 November 2021
Skulpturenpark Berlin_ZentrumBetween Moritzplatz and Spittelmarkt Kommandantenstr. & Alte-Jakob-Str. 10969 Berlin , , Berlin, Germany
On November 14, Skulpturenpark Berlin_Zentrum invites you to the final public event of RE-TURN. The program focuses on shared living space and the future of Berlin's urban quarter. Julian Oliver's Pink Cell Tower offers visitors the opportunity to communicate freely with each other via Germany's only independent telecommunications network.
20.7 cubic meters is the volume of the official minimum living space for one person. With AIRNSHARE Doris Dziersk invites participants to inflate this volume together. Dziersk’s performance is followed by a musical closing ritual by KUNSTrePUBLIK and Boris Jöns. In his guided walk Martin Conrads looks into the future of Skulpturenpark Berlin_Zentrum. The day ends with two screenings: Following construction and deconstruction processes, Lydia Karagiannaki’s film de.construction.fantasies is dedicated to the transformation of Berlin's cityscape, while Lukas Matthaei's film Imitation of Life : remake berlin was made in direct cooperation with residents of the Skulpturenpark.
