Tanja Knaus

is an austrian artist and researcher. She is working in the field of 'Media and Interaction Design' which she was studying in Austria. During her studies she spent two years in Portugal where she was developing her master thesis about 'Curiosities in Medicine, depictions of mistaken medical theories'. Therefore she organized an exhibition in Porto and in Lisbon. The aim of the exhibition was to tell the history of medicine from the other side, the not scientific side of medicine. For ZKU she seeks to develop a project in the fields of medicine as well´t, but related to the city of Berlin.
