Gina Martinez

(United States)

Regina Martinez is interested in the art of small movements—the patient build of neighborliness and skill sharing. She is interested in collaborative tension and risk.  Since 2011, she has organized The Pink House, a space for creative exchange with young people and their families located just outside St. Louis, Missouri. The Pink House operates in partnership with creatives from the neighborhood and across the country.  It is currently supported by the local non-profit Beyond Housing, and formerly by Rebuild Foundation.

Regina is also the co-founder of the clothesline in St. Louis, a monthly installation where artists intersect to transform a space for one night only.
