Allan Binns is an artist/curator who predominantly works in film, installation and performance.

Since graduating from Loughborough University’s School of Art & Design in 2009, Binns has gone on to exhibit and curate both nationally and internationally at venues including Studio X (Mumbai), False Ceiling Gallery (Mumbai) and ArtLacuna (London). He recently performed in Marvin Gaye Chetwynd’s ‘Bug Brain’ at Nottingham Contemporary and featured on the ‘Where Does Choreography Meet Visual Arts Practice?’ panel discussion as part of Dance4’s Dance in the Galleries programme.

Binns is the founder and director of the Bohunk Institute (Nottingham).
