Anabel Rose’s ZK/U residency project expands the universe of her upcoming EP, How Do The Flowers Bloom?, releasing on 30 July. The project explores themes of becoming, navigating adulthood, and the uncertainty of choosing a path while learning to embrace the unknown. Through the residency, Anabel will investigate new ways of translating the EP into a live experience — reimagining the songs through experimental arrangements, electronic exploration, and alternative performance approaches.
Beyond the music, the residency will serve as a space to explore the wider world surrounding the EP through other artistic mediums, developing visual, conceptual, and immersive elements that deepen the narratives and emotions within the project. The aim is to create a multi-dimensional experience that allows the songs to exist not only as recordings, but as a living, evolving body of work.
