Is democracy still a possibility in the digital age? The project How to Hack a Democracy reacts to multiple Facebook whistleblowers unveiling the ethics issues regarding fake news and political micro-targeting on the platform. How personal datas are being leveraged against each citizen for political biases. The project was born with the 2018 Christopher Wylie whistleblower revelations, explaining the implication of Cambridge Analytica in the 2016 Trump election and the Brexit vote. How to remain a functioning society when millions are being spent on PSYOPS and other forms of digital targeted propaganda?

Following a first work, a comedy one man show video production shot in November 2021, the project evolves at ZK/U in a more local approach relfecting on Berlin urbanism.
