Jennis Li Cheng Tien (Taiwan)

The works of Jennis Li Cheng Tien oscillate between conceptual installation and location-dependent interventions. Her practice stems from her interest which touches on the intersection of subjects such as urbanism, architecture, sociology and more recently on the conditions we encounter as human beings in the contemporary world. Within these subjects, she is keen on unveiling the neglected or hidden facts of disparity and paradox by rendering them into sculptural forms, through which she hopes to cultivate a sensory experience that enables access to the inner world.

Li has exhibited her work in exhibitions internationally, including Germany, Spain, France, Norway and Singapore among others.

Singaporean, b. 1983, Tainan, Taiwan, based in Berlin, Germany
