Hussi Kutlucan's TV feature Ich Chef, Du Turnschuh from 1998 tells the story of the Armenian refugee Dudie who makes it to Berlin and starts working at the huge construction site next to the Reichstag. Played by Kutlucan himself with charm and humour, Dudie stumbles from one dramatic situation to the next – without ever losing his joy of life.
