Contested Waters / Umkämpftes Wasser
A series of short documentaries shows how access to water has become a source of conflict in different cities in the global South. It explores why the urban poor continue to be excluded from adequate sources of affordable water, despite technical and managerial improvements. In addition, the series depicts the invisible struggle of marginalised groups to secure access to water on an everyday basis.
