Project at ZK/U - Verónica Troncoso

Verónica Troncoso ( Chile )

I am going to explore the sonic dimension of written letters in the chilean exile, which can be comprehensible or not for the reader in the present. Also I will reflect about the exchange of knowledge made through the sound of voices in the city and how the city can be a geography to produce an exchange based on language - fragile and formless.
My idea is to transmit the political past by looking towards the present and generating a new perspective about revolution, exile and resistance - common in Chile and Berlin - and what happens in the present with this places and its people.
Collective Cartographies in Transit: Why Divide the Lands? Is a project that reflects about the memory of places and the way of returning to the art of language.
