INNOVATION GYM - CRASH COURSE BERLIN

Participative Design and Economic Sustainability

Innovation Gym is a platform which focuses on innovation design and implementation techniques based on neuroscience, leadership skills, project management, artistic practices and problem solving techniques. All crash courses are tailored made.

This tailored made crash course aims to develop skills to stakeholders who are front-liners in designing actions in a co-design or participative design approach with a sustainable manner and economy.

Number of participants :

5-10 people. In case you wish to have more then you or me have to select 10 participants and the rest  can be observers (they can attend but without questions or interventions).  If they have questions they can ask and can be discussed at another time and not during the sessions. 

Addressed to:

Artists, curators, cultural facilitators, municipal cultural officers, residency spaces, policy makers, entrepreneurs.

Duration:

7th & 8th of May. 4-6 hours per day the course and 2 hours per day practice and project preparation.

Saturday May 7

09:00 - 09:50 How brain functions [physical & emotional]

09:50 - 10:00 Short break

10:00 - 11:15 Identify problems (that are important) and create new ideas

11:15 - 11:30 Short break

11:30 - 12:30 Participative design approach and selection of ideas process.

12:30 - 13:30  the 10 steps of innovation design of MIT

13:30 -14:30  lunch

14:30 - 15:30  Presenting, mind maps, visual communication, bench marking

Sunday May 8

09:00 - 10:00 fine tune ideas from participants

10:00 - 11:00 short presentations (elevator pitching's)

11:00 - 11:10 short break

11:10 - 13:00  stakeholder engaging in the design phase.
